We use Momence as we like to keep it all streamlined for you. It’s integrated into our webpage and has a very handy app you can have on your phone. Use this software to make an account, search “Street Pilates” within Bayside and off you go.

You sure do and we recommend booking your sessions at the start of the week, to ensure you don’t miss out. If you’re on a waitlist and live locally, you can walk in at your own discretion - however a Reformer is not guaranteed to become vacant. If you’re on a waitlist and there is a No-Show 2 minutes after session time, your Trainer will tell you if you can jump in!

Wear something stretchy and comfortable, and you’ll need to be wearing socks of some sort, Grip Socks are our recommendation - you’ll thank us later.
Hydrate. Bring a drink bottle and make sure to sip it throughout class as much as you need.
Bring a towel if you’re a sweater, even if you’re not - we always find they’re handy.
Try to avoid a massive meal 1.5 hours before class

First of all, WELCOME! Take a moment to absorb all these wicked community vibes as you enter.
We are located in the back corner of MoveIt gym, so park your car, walk through the glass doors and then make your way towards the ramp, hang a right and you’ll see our entrance.
Other than water and a towel, please leave all of your belongings in the allocated personal belongings area. We don’t want to accidentally squash your iPhone when we’re moving around the studio.
You’ll be greeted by your Trainer, Annie! She’ll show you through everything you need to know. Make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can get settled. -
Because spaces are so limited (only 6 per session), we prioritise members and consistent bookings to make sure everyone gets coached properly and progresses over time. Casuals are welcome when there’s room—but the magic happens with commitment.

Absolutely, every single Stronger session will be scaled. And with only 6 in the room, you won’t get lost in the crowd. Jump Around is an awesome next step once you’ve hit a few Stronger Sessions.
I’ll be there to help you adjust and pick up the basics, so over time we can have you running with the rest of the pack with ease!

Your Newbie Offer is active for a total of 3 weeks. Upon completion of this offer, you will automatically roll over to our Master Membership.
Where you can keep the good times rolling with your 3 passes per week, with the exclusive membership price of $70.00 per week.

A YOUNG STALLION?
Our sessions are designed for adults, however children 16 years and over are welcome to participate in classes provided their parents or guardians consent. We require that parents or guardians also sign any contracts entered into if the person is under the age of 18 years. Unfortunately children are not permitted to wait at the studio while their parent or guardian participate in a session.
LIKE A FINE WINE?
Our sessions are mainly Strength based, however this is not to say you cannot give it a go if you’re feeling fit and healthy. We do not have an age limit on who can attend sessions, however trainers do have the right to turn away any client they deem unable to physically participate in the session.

A few niggles here or there, or maybe you’re coming back from injury? That’s cool.
Simply let your instructor know and they’ll help you modify your class where possible.
If your trainer has to make significant changes to class for you and thinks your best off hitting a few clinical sessions first, they’ll give you some great recommendations and welcome you back with open arms when you’re ready! Health comes first - ALWAYS.
We want you to get the most out of every Street session and we need you in tip-top shape to do so!

If you’ve been training with us prior to becoming pregnant—absolutely. Because we already understand how your body moves, we can safely monitor any changes and adjust as needed throughout your pregnancy.
If you’re new to Street, we recommend booking a 1:1 session before jumping into group classes—even if you’ve done Pilates before. We’re not your standard studio; things move a little differently here. Our sessions are specialised and we want to make sure you’re moving safely, confidently, and within your own limits.
1:1 sessions can be booked by emailing us directly. After that initial session, your trainer will let you know if group sessions are a good fit for you, or if continuing with 1:1 or semi-private sessions would better support you until you’re post-partum.
Your safety, confidence, and progress matter to us—so we take the time to get it right.

You will need to wait until your 6 Week Postnatal Check with your Dr or Midwife until you commence any group training.
Your medical professional will help you figure out what movement would be best. If Pilates is on the table, then great! Just ensure you let them know it isn’t in a private, clinical setting.
You’ll be sent a Post Natal Form by our Studio to ensure your Trainers are fully aware of your circumstances.
Sessions can be modified to a degree for post natal clients, however please understand that your trainer needs to tend to the other members as well. Modified moves may be provided, but some moves may be a no go all together. So please be patient with your body healing and understand that your Session may look different to the person next to you.

As we are a Solo Trainer Facility, you will notice our schedule isn’t set in stone.
If your trainer is unavailable, our Gated Street Community will be notified with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Make up sessions will be provided during the following weeks where appropriate so you can still get your sweat on.
How do you get inside our Gated Community? That’s easy. You become a Member! -
Ah man! Set the scene: Traffic is heavy or we just can’t find those damn car keys!
We know it’s rough - but we have a strict closed curtain policy here at Street.
With sessions only being 45 minutes long, we ask if you are not on your bed at the designated start time — that you please do not enter the studio.
If the curtain is closed, then the session has started and you missed the boat.
This is for your safety and for the other clients who have already begun to move. Your trainer has the right to deny you entry if need be, please be respectful of their decisions.
Try to cancel before the session start time, this will mean you only incur the LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $15.00 instead of the NO SHOW FEE of $20.00

Life happens! I’ll be doing a bit of interstate travel for work this year (exciting things ahead!), so there will be some changes here and there. But don’t stress—I’ll always give at least 2 weeks' notice for planned changes via a Momence post within our Gated Community.
If a session needs to be cancelled (e.g., a Monday morning), another session will be added that week to make up for it. In case of sickness or emergencies, passes will go back into your pack, and I’ll provide make-up sessions where possible.
I also will have a 2IC in training over the next few months! Who you will love and adore I promise — they’re going to be hand trained by yours truely for emergencies.At the end of the day, I’m only human—but I’ll always do my best to keep you moving and progressing. Appreciate the flexibility and trust!

Most studios offer group or semi-private reformer. So what’s the difference?
Group = mass attendees per session.
Big energy, but limited attention. Trainer’s just trying to get through the plan. If your form’s off, chances are no one’s spotting it.Semi-private = smaller sessions, often marketed as more “personal.”

You sure can, all we ask is you give us written confirmation 1 week out from the day in which you would like to suspend.
All memberships are frozen in 7 day increments. A maximum of 12 weeks are available for Free Freezing per year — from there you will incur an admin fee.
Your membership is frozen from the nominated date and will unfreeze when ready, this may impact your billing cycle so be aware. -
All memberships come with a 8 week lock in period, if for some reason you look to early terminate your membership, the below breakdown will come into play.
You will be charged a Early Termination fee which is equal to two weeks direct debit upon day of cancellation.
Need to cancel your membership after that? Simply let us know with 7 days notice of your next billing date and we’ll get you sorted!

But don’t sweat it… or… do? Because you can add additional passes onto your account for the exclusive Gated Community Price of $20.00 per pass.
Consistently hitting more sessions than are in your Membership? Chat to us about pre-loading those additional passes by making you a Custom Street Membership.

Unfortunately not. You have 7 days to use your Membership passes or 3 Months to use your Pack Credits!
If sessions have been taken off the schedule and you couldn’t get to any others - let us know! We’ll give you the option of returning Street Credits or moving them forward a week.
