Please Find a Full Breakdown of all Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling.

When enrolling as a client of Street Pilates (88 Talinga Road, Cheltenham 3192) you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Street Pilates website streetpilates.com.au.

  • STREET Terms and Conditions Overview

    1. Any New Client or Intro Offers are only available to brand-new clients. This can only be purchased once. These offers are non-refundable and non-transferable and will activate from the date of your first session booking. Clients found to be buying this offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional session costs they may have incurred.

    2. The studio holds the right to cancel any session with prior notice. You will be contacted via SMS or in-App message prior to the start of the session should it need to be cancelled and your session pass returned.

    3. Cancellations may be made with 12 hours notice without penalty. Otherwise late cancellation or no-show policies apply.

    4. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a session, you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking.

    5. You must arrive, have your name ticked off and be on a Reformer by the Session Start time. Arriving at the start time of the session or later is considered late. If you’re late, you forfeit the session and are considered a No Show. Empty reformers at the start of the session may be given to our waitlisted or walk-in clients.

    6. Owners and/or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular session type for safety reasons; and owners and/or trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

    7. If a session you want to attend is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available, you will be notified of the available spot. If you can no longer attend this session but kept yourself on the waitlist, Late Cancel and No Show fees can still apply.

    8. Session Packs have different expiry periods, these are valid from the purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

    9. Sessions are non-transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the session arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

    10. Special Programs / Challenges may have different Terms and Conditions.

  • It’s important to me at Street that everyone in the session gets the most out of their 45 minutes. That’s why we have clear guidelines around injuries and modifications.

We can absolutely provide modifications for any reason, as long as you are committed to progressing. Modifications are building blocks, not ongoing substitutes—they help you work toward performing full-range movements safely, rather than excuses to avoid them.

If you have a chronic or reoccurring injury, we recommend completing clinical Pilates or consulting a physio/osteo first. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.

A modification differs from a complete substitution. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, reach out to us at hello@streetpilates.com.au with a description of your current condition.

Examples of injuries that may require clinical Pilates or 1:1 attention:

    • Cannot lunge or squat due to a knee injury

    • Cannot complete core exercises like planks due to a lower back issue

    • Forearm or shoulder injuries that prevent bearing weight

    • Broken or fractured bones

    • Torn or strained ligaments affecting mobility

I, as your trainer, hold the right to determine if attending a session as usual is appropriate to ensure your safety and the safety of others, so everyone can enjoy a pain-free, effective session.

  • To ensure every client gets the most from their session, we have a clear policy around cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows.

    Cancellations:

    • More than 12 hours before class (Recurring Semi-Private or Private bookings): You’ll forfeit your session credit, have no additional fees and have the opportunity for 1-2 make up sessions per calendar month.

    • Less than 12 hours before class (Late Cancellation): You forfeit the session and receive no make up credit.

    No-Shows:

    • Missing your class without cancelling will forfeit your session and incur a $15 AUD no-show fee.

    • Late arrivals at or after class start time are considered No-Shows, and the above fees apply.

    Late Arrivals:

    • Arriving more than 2 minutes after class start, or once the curtain has been drawn, may result in forfeiting your bed.

    • It’s at the trainer’s discretion whether you may join the class after this time.

    Important Notes:

    • Cancellations must be made via the Momence App; messages via text, email, or social media do not exempt you from fees.

    • To avoid fees, you must physically cancel your booking in the system. Failure to do so will result in the applicable fee, regardless of any message sent.

    • Trainers may refuse late arrivals to maintain safety, minimise disruption, and protect session quality for all clients.

    Drop-Ins:

    • Drop-In Session Pass: If cancelled before the 12-hour cut-off, the pass is lost due to system locking. If you no-show on a Drop-In fee you will incur the $15.00 AUD fee.

  • Clients on MEMBERSHIPS, PACKS or SINGLE SESSIONS will incur a $20.00 No Show fee for all sessions they’re marked absent for and a $15.00 Late Cancel fee for all sessions cancelled within 9 hours of class.

We operate off a CLOSED CURTAIN POLICY. Which signifies that once the trainer has pulled the curtain, session is no longer safe for you to open and you will be marked as a No Show. We understand this can be frustrating, but for the safety of our trainers, yourself and other clients, we cannot let you join class once the warm up has been completed.

We do not accept cancellations via Social Media, cancellations must be made using the Momence App.

Messages in any form (e.g., text, email, or social media) notifying us of a potential no-show or late cancellation do not exempt you from our Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

To avoid the applicable fee, you must physically late-cancel your booking through our booking system. Failure to do so will result in the full fee penalty, regardless of any message sent.

  • We do not accept Late Arrivals of any kind at our Studio - this is for your safety and the safety of others in your Session. If the door is closed, please do not enter the Studio Space - The Session has started and your Trainer will ask you to kindly leave.

We understand this can be frustrating, but please know that this is due to Occupational Health & Safety Requirements within our Space. We ask that you respect your Trainer and treat them with kindness if they do have to turn you away from your session.
