Suitable for all Levels
Slowing things down to focus on fewer, key exercises each session so you can really nail the basics. Expect detailed form checks, hands-on corrections, and space to understand how movements are meant to feel in your body. Perfect if you’re returning from injury, coming back after time off, or simply want to sharpen the fundamentals. Still buildable and challenging, with props added when needed—this is all about creating rock-solid foundations and a deep connection with your body.

Stronger

45 minutes

Suitable for all Levels
Focusing on buildable, functional movements on the Reformer using bodyweight and additional use of Props. Moving through a range of function training elements while hitting traditional principles of Pilates. With variations offered for all experience levels and zero expectations on what you do, or do not, take. Expect buildable movements with a sprinkle of Survivor inspired sets, original repertoire challenges or just good old fashion heart rate boosters to keep you on your toes throughout.

Jump Around

45 minutes

Suitable for all Levels
Using state of the art Balanced Body Jump-Boards, this is a mixture of low impact movements and traditional blocks found in our Stronger Sessions. Making your way through rounds of plyometric movements using the Upper-Body, Lower-Body and Core, while slotting in traditional Street focused Blocks for the perfect combination of sweaty fun. Designed for everyone with the same buildable approach as Stronger.

Survivor

45-50 minutes

Max Level - Available to experienced Street Members
Our signature session, our bread and butter. Focused entirely on Rep Count and Progress, this is a play on traditional Strength Training found on the Gym Floor and a sweaty Reformer session. Built entirely around the Functional Training Elements, expect to Push, Pull, Hinge, Twist and Squat like never before on the Reformer. Designed to push you to the point of failure, fatigue is our best friend - these sessions will have you huffing and puffing, but feeling damn good about it. Built in programmed blocks which change every 4 weeks, you can slide in at any time, but it’s recommended to try and hit all 4 blocks for maximum progress.

Step into a training space that’s all about you. With Annie Counsel, 1:1 and 2:1 personalised reformer sessions give you the focus, coaching, and tailored programming you need to actually see progress. Every movement, every cue, every session is designed around your body, your goals, and your Pilates journey, so you can grow stronger, move better, and feel completely supported along the way.

Private Session

Semi-Private Session

Experience the best of both worlds with our semi-private reformer sessions. With no more than six participants, you get the energy, vibes, and camaraderie of a group class, while still enjoying the focus and guidance of a boutique, personalised experience. Annie knows your name, your goals, and your fitness level, so she can push you just the right amount, helping you move beyond coasting and really progress in your Pilates journey.

Spaces are currently open in a variety of time-slots Monday–Saturday. Once you commit, you’re claiming your bed - it’s yours to show up, own, and make progress in every session.
