What’s on the St. Menu

  • Stronger.

    A reformer class for everyone.

    Our Classic Session that everyone loves.

    No beginner to advance levels here. Each Stronger class comes with multiple layers and levels, all optional - giving you the control in class! It's your body, so you get to pick how hard you push on one day and how cruisey you might take it on the next - there is no judgment here. Sometimes body weight is enough, but for times it isn't you'll be using state of the art boutique equipment. We exclusively use Bala equipment, which isn’t just glorious to look at, but a dream to use as well.

    45 minutes of a combination of body weight and weighted prop fun.

    Mild - Medium Heat Level - maybe pack that sweat towel.

  • Jump Around.

    Cardio without the overly heavy impact? Sign us up.

    Welcome to a Specialised Street Session, Made to Burn.

    Jump Around classes still comes with multiple layers and levels, all optional - giving you the control you need in class! Using state of the art Balanced Body Jump-Boards, this class is a little dose of Cardio - Pilates style. Great for those who want to pick up the pace, without the impact on your joints. Plus it's a hell of a lot of fun. Don’t worry, you also get to use all the cool Bala extras - we don’t play favourites here!

    45 minutes of a combination of jump-board and reformer work.

    Medium - Hot Heat Level - you'll definitely need that sweat towel.

  • Survivor.

    This one hits different. This is our Signature Session.

    A Session Style for those looking for the next level, that extra bit of work, that last drop of effort. Taking your regular style training from the Gym Floor and bringing it into the Reformer Studio.

    Designed in 4 Week Blocks, Survivor is carefully curated around ensuring our Clients are Mastering the Basics with their first Week, then slowly increasing that pressure with more Progressions, harder Variations and limited amount of Rest Time as the Weeks continue. Designed in a way to allow Clients to work on their Endurance, Build Strength and Push to that next Level. Ideal for those looking for that extra push.

    The Set Up:

    Week 1 // Base Level including 4 Session Breaks
    Week 2 // First Round Progressions including 3 Session Breaks
    Week 3 // Progressions and Variations including 2 Session Breaks
    Week 4 // The Final Destination - Your Hardest Progressions including 1 Session Break
